Jocelyn Blake, owner of Southern Charm Boutique & Consignment, had a mission to create a welcoming space where women feel confident, beautiful, and fully empowered to be themselves. She believes fashion is more than what you wear—it’s a form of self-expression and is a reminder of your worth. Blake strives to help every woman feel seen, celebrated, and confident in her own style. By building genuine relationships with her customers and learning their individual styles, Blake has a knack for curating pieces that make them feel like the best version of themselves.

Blake’s passion for fashion goes far beyond simply putting together beautiful outfits. “I truly believe that every woman deserves to feel confident, beautiful, and comfortable in what she wears—without having to spend a fortune. My goal is to make fashion accessible and affordable for everyone,” she explains. “Behind every piece I choose is a genuine desire to help women feel good about themselves and express their individuality.”

Since opening her brick-and-mortar storefront, Blake never knows where her customers are going to come from or what adventure they’re on. She’s had the pleasure of helping shoppers from all over the world, sometimes feeling like her boutique is a mini “international airport” for fashion. She never imagined when she started her business online that she would eventually be helping women from around the globe find something they love, something to take home with them as a fashionable souvenir of their time in Charleston. Per Blake, the language barrier doesn’t stand a chance against a woman who really wants that dress!

“Fashion is about so much more than the clothes we wear,” Blake explains. “It’s about confidence, self-expression, and feeling comfortable in your own skin. I created my boutique to give women a place where they can feel seen, celebrated, and inspired to embrace who they are.”
