Charleston Literary Festival is a 10-day world-class literary festival with an international edge that takes place every November in Charleston, South Carolina. With an emphasis on world-class literary programming, Charleston Literary Festival is unparalleled in the United States as a center of literary excavation, innovation, and celebration in a powerfully evocative historic location.

This season is the biggest in the Festival’s nine-year history, presenting over 50 separate events featuring more than 70 world-renowned writers and thinkers from around the globe who will discuss their works in a conversational format to encourage dialogue, understanding, and imagination. The writers will present their new and recent releases spanning various genres including the novel, history, poetry, memoir, biography, and the craft of writing
